At Copper Skin Collective, we take great care in formulating our products to the highest standard. Due to the nature of our skincare serums, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been opened or used. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
All Sales Are Final
As our products are skin serums and personal care items, all sales are considered final upon opening. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or sensitivity to ingredients that are clearly listed on our product packaging and website.
We strongly encourage all customers to review the full ingredient list prior to purchase, especially if you have known skin sensitivities or allergies.
Adverse Reaction Policy
We understand that skin reactions can occur unexpectedly. If you experience a severe adverse reaction directly attributed to one of our products, please contact us within 7 days of the reaction occurring at info@copperskincollective.com.
To be considered for a refund under this policy, you will need to provide:
- Proof of purchase (order number)
- A description of the reaction experienced
- Supporting documentation (e.g., a note from a medical professional or GP / photo showing skin reaction )
Each case will be assessed individually, and we reserve the right to request additional information. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sale Items / Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds - Upon Approval
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
